Heinrich's CE1200H is designed to fulfill the basic requirements of conference rooms. The system is small, light, easy to install and use, and includes a control host, a chairman unit, and guest conference units. It also comes with on-demand peripheral equipment that can be connected through T-connection cables. Each meeting unit has microphone open/close and speech indicator functions. This simple configuration can meet the needs of large, medium, and small conferences. Additionally, the system can be upgraded to a video tracking meeting system by adding peripheral equipment and software.

The system has four groups of 8-p DIN sockets, which are used for the multi-channel meeting unit connection. It can connect up to 60 group meeting units, and comes standard with load and short circuit protection functions. The system is equipped with a microphone to limit the number of simultaneous speakers. The control host has several meeting modes, such as "1", "2", "3", "five", and "FREE" (full open) speech, which can be selected by the user. When a microphone is open, it can be used to request to speak. The chairman unit is not restricted by the number of microphones.

The system has a high, medium, and low tone adjustment function, as well as a receiver output volume adjustment function. It also includes a built-in video interface, which can connect with a central processing unit (CPU) and video image locating and tracking units to realize video tracking functions. It has phone coupler output and input ports that support remote conference call functions. Additionally, it has three sets of audio signal output terminals that can connect to external or sound recording equipment. The system can be installed horizontally on a desktop or in a 19-inch standard rack.
